• Single Account — You do not currently hold, and have not previously held, any other rr555 account. Each natural person is entitled to hold one account only. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or any alias — is a material breach of these terms.
• Accurate Information — All information you provide to rr555 at registration and throughout your use of the platform is true, current, complete and not misleading. You undertake to update your account information promptly if any details change.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full features of the rr555 platform, including depositing funds and placing bets, you must complete the account registration process and provide accurate personal information. The following terms govern your account.

• Credential Confidentiality — You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rr555 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. rr555 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from another person accessing your account with or without your knowledge.

• Account Closure on Request — You may request the closure of your rr555 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be paid out to your registered withdrawal method subject to standard KYC verification requirements being met.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

rr555 accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests exclusively through the payment methods listed on the platform at the time of your transaction. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the platform.

• Currency — All account balances, deposits, bets and withdrawals on rr555 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). rr555 does not accept or process foreign currency transactions.
• Third-Party Payments — Deposits may only be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to friends, family members, or any other person — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be reversed and the associated rr555 account may be suspended.
• Transaction Errors — If you believe an error has occurred in connection with a deposit, withdrawal or balance adjustment, you must notify rr555 customer support within 72 hours of the transaction. rr555 will investigate the matter and, where an error is confirmed, will take corrective action. rr555 reserves the right to void any transaction that is the result of a system error, pricing error or technical malfunction.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

rr555 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players, including the welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on a first deposit. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section as well as any additional specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

• Wagering Requirements — All bonuses awarded by rr555 are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover requirements). The standard wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x the bonus amount. This means that if you receive a bonus of ৳1,000, you must place bets totalling ৳20,000 before any portion of the bonus-derived balance may be withdrawn.
• Eligible Games — Not all games on rr555 contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% toward rollover; live casino table games contribute at a lower rate that will be specified in the relevant bonus offer terms. Bets placed on games with an RTP above 97% may be excluded from wagering contribution entirely.
• Bonus Expiry — Bonuses that are not used or for which wagering requirements are not met within the period specified in the relevant offer terms will expire and be removed from your account without compensation. The standard bonus validity period is 30 days from the date of award unless otherwise stated.
• One Bonus Per Offer — Each promotional offer is available to each eligible player once only, unless the specific offer terms expressly state otherwise. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times — for example by creating more than one account — constitutes fraud and will result in the forfeiture of all associated funds and permanent account suspension.

6. Fair Play and Game Rules

The outcome of every game round is determined independently and cannot be influenced by rr555, the player or any third party. The following rules apply to all game play on the platform.

• Game Results Are Final — Once a game round has been completed and the result confirmed by the game server, that result is final and cannot be disputed on the basis of personal preference or misunderstanding of the game rules. Technical malfunctions during a game round may result in the round being voided and stakes returned.
• Provider Game Rules Take Precedence — For games provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe and Ezugi, the rules of those specific games are governed by the respective provider. rr555 presents those games on its platform but does not control the underlying game logic, RTP values or rule sets, which are set and audited by the provider independently.
• Void Bets — rr555 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a pricing error, system malfunction, feed delay or any other technical fault. In such cases the stake will be returned to the player's account balance in full. rr555 will not be liable for any consequential loss arising from a void bet decision.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rr555 platform. Engaging in any of the prohibited activities listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Fraudulent Activity — Using stolen, cloned or otherwise fraudulently obtained payment credentials to deposit funds; using any software, bot, script or automated system to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players; attempting to manipulate game outcomes through any technical means.
• Money Laundering — Using the rr555 platform for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds derived from illegal sources and subsequently withdrawing them to create the appearance of legitimate income. rr555 applies anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities without prior notification to the account holder.
• Collusion and Match Fixing — Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage; placing bets on sporting events where you have advance knowledge of a fixed or manipulated outcome; participating in any form of match fixing arrangement. Any winnings derived from collusion or match fixing will be voided and the account permanently suspended.
• Abusive Behaviour — Directing abusive, threatening, harassing or discriminatory language at rr555 staff, live dealer hosts or other players via any communication channel including live chat, email or game chat features. rr555 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward abusive behaviour and will suspend accounts accordingly.

8. Responsible Gaming

rr555 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire platform. The following terms reflect that commitment and set out the tools and obligations available to players.

• Self-Exclusion — Any player may request self-exclusion from the rr555 platform at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Self-exclusion periods are available from 30 days to permanent. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be locked and no deposits, bets or account access will be possible. Marketing communications will also be suspended.
• Deposit Limits — Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on their rr555 account via the account settings page. Deposit limits take effect immediately upon setting and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours after any upward adjustment request. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately.

Upon termination for cause, rr555 reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in the account, including both real-money funds and bonus balances. Where an account is terminated without cause at the initiative of rr555 rather than the player, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method within a reasonable period.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rr555 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the rr555 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, even if rr555 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

rr555 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods, server disruptions and third-party provider outages may temporarily affect platform availability. rr555 will make reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and will communicate planned maintenance periods in advance where practicable.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

rr555 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By agreeing to these terms you also confirm that you have read and understood the rr555 Privacy Policy. Personal data collected by rr555 is used exclusively for the purposes of operating and improving the platform, processing transactions, verifying identity, fulfilling legal obligations and communicating with you about your account and relevant promotions.

12. Amendments to These Terms

rr555 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The effective date of the current version is displayed at the top of this page. Where a material amendment is made to these terms, rr555 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered account holders via the email address or mobile number associated with their account. Continued use of the rr555 platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions in full.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute between you and rr555 that cannot be resolved through direct communication with customer support should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. rr555 will acknowledge all formal written complaints within 5 business days and aim to provide a full response within 20 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
